Our Background:
Brian Dalke spent most of his childhood in Yukon, Oklahoma where his dad, Bill Dalke, was the head football coach of the Yukon Millers for 7 years.
Brian joined the Army National Guard after he graduated high school in 2001. He completed Basic Training at Ft. Sill and became a part of the 13 Bravo Field Artillery unit.
While serving in the National Guard, Brian attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma where he majored in Business and was a part of the UCO wrestling team. While at UCO, he met his wife Allison who was there studying English Education with a minor in dance and competing on the UCO National Championship Pom squad.
Brian’s National guard unit was called into active duty in 2003. They served in Fort Polk, Louisiana where he was honored with the position of Protective Service Detail for the commanding general.
When Brian returned to Edmond, Oklahoma in 2004 after his year of active duty, he continued to serve in the National Guard while working full-time in sales. He and Allison married in the summer of 2004 and decided they wanted to stay and grow their family in Edmond, Oklahoma.
In addition to working in sales, Brian also spent time working as a youth pastor before he started working as a sales and insurance specialist for a local roofing company.
Family 1st
Brian and Allison Dalke have four kids and have had 3 foster babies. Brian serves on his local school board in Crescent, Oklahoma where his 3 youngest kids attend school. His oldest daughter, Addy, is currently at Oklahoma State University studying to be a psychologist.

Favorite part of the job: Connecting with homeowners + negotiating with insurance companies.
Enjoys: Date nights with his wife, game nights with the family, hunting, fishing, traveling, and collecting sports cards.
Allison Dalke
Home Office Manager
Scheduling jobs, managing the books, and creating thank you gifts for homeowners, Allison brings over 2 decades of small business ownership to her role.
Favorite part of the job: Being able to work from home and with her family.
Enjoys: Long walks on the beach (actually), reading, floral design, dinner around the table with her family, and traveling.
Luke Dalke
Inspection and Repair Specialist
As a high school junior, Luke is getting his commercial drone license to assist in roof inspections and is our #1 repair guy.
Favorite part of the job: Learning about how small businesses run and gaining the knowledge of a useful trade.
Oh, and making money!
Enjoys: Playing high school football, pole vaulting, serving at church, playing chess, working out with his friends, and hanging out with his girlfriend.
Addy Dalke
Day of Install Production Manager
As a college junior at OSU studying psychology, Addy is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. She excels at managing the details of every job and the crews.
Favorite part of the job: The flexibility to check in on materials and crews when we install jobs in the Stillwater area.
Enjoys: Being a wrangler and camp counselor at Camp War Eagle, all things OSU, riding horses, photography, and being a part of The Table (a campus ministry) at OSU.

Our crews are also independently insured. They do an incredible job of tarping your landscaping and anything else on your property that needs protection. In addition to our crew doing the work on your roof the day of your installation, we’ll also have a production manager on site who will be your point of contact for the day.
